Brio: Italian Restaurant opened its doors in Gulshan in October 2024, with one simple idea: that real Italian food — the kind shaped by fire, flour, and time — belongs in Dhaka.
Every morning our dough is prepared by hand, and then fermented for 72 hours. We only use a fresh batch of dough every day. Throughout the year, our consultants and chef friends from Pizza Massilia in Bangkok — rated the World's 22nd Best Pizzeria in 2025 — travel here for quality checks, sharpening techniques, adding new dishes, and keeping our table honest to its roots in the Italian tradition.
Brio Station is the next chapter of that story. Our flagship in Gulshan serves the full Italian table: pasta, mains, the long, unhurried evening with a gas & wood combination oven. Station is built around the thing we love most: pizza.
A small, focused kitchen with a gas-fired brick oven at its heart, set in a neighbourhood we wanted to bring Brio to. The dough, the sauce, the preparation time — all of it comes from the same family. A different room, but the same fire.
We're glad you're here.
